This stage is to help us get to know you as an individual, and also for you to interview APEXX.
We will explore your background and experience, ensuring that the opportunity aligns well with both you and APEXX. We will discuss your skills and aspirations to ensure a mutually beneficial fit.
Psychometric Profiling
You will hear from us whether you have been successful in moving onto our next stage.
At this stage, all candidates will receive a comprehensive psychometric word survey. Completing this survey is a crucial step that aids us in gaining insights into your working characteristics and personality traits.
Departmental Interview
Upon reaching this stage, you'll participate in a more thorough interview with your department team and potential line manager.
These interviews are designed to evaluate your skills and abilities through situational questions, while also assessing how well you align with our company values.
Final Interview
In our concluding stage, prospective candidates have the opportunity to connect with their peers and engage with a member of APEXX's senior leadership team.
This phase is centred around you as an individual, ensuring a strong cultural fit. We trust that your enthusiasm for joining APEXX aligns seamlessly with our excitement in welcoming you.
