QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SKILLS
Minimum 2 years of experience with AWS cloud services: Proficiency in using core AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, etc.).
Knowledge of containers, primarily Docker: Experience in creating, managing, and deploying Docker containers.
Bash scripting knowledge: Ability to write and maintain Bash scripts for automation and system administration.
Familiarity with infrastructure like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure to support development, testing, and production environments.
Implement and manage containerization solutions using Docker.
Write and maintain Bash scripts for automation and system management tasks.
Collaborate with development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines.
Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and reliability of infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, applications, and services.
Continuously improve and document DevOps processes and procedures.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with other programming languages and frameworks.
Python knowledge: Familiarity with Python for scripting and automation tasks.
EKS knowledge: Understanding of Kubernetes, particularly Amazon EKS, for container orchestration.
Windows and Active Directory knowledge: Experience in managing Windows servers and Active Directory services.
