Internal Recruiter
Due to our rapid growth and development, our People department is looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our fast-scaling team and support our recruitment globally.

We are looking for an individual who is a seasoned recruiter with strong resourcing skills, and a high level of emotional intelligence and pragmatism. The ideal candidate would be someone who has previously worked in House for a Tech company with a background working on multiple roles at a time with the ability to find top talent from Graduates to C-Suite Executives.

It’s quite a talent to be able to interview someone and think outside of the box. They may not be someone you instantly click with, however, they could be perfect for a role we are hiring for and we need a Talent Acquisition Executive who can spot this and match top talent with our open roles at APEXX.
About You
- Vast experience in Recruitment Resourcing/Talent Acquisition in a fast-growth environment, preferably working in house for a Scale-Up Tech company. We won’t say no to people who have come directly from a recruitment agency, however, if this is the case, we would be keen to see people who have recruited for the Payments/Fintech sector
- A genuine passion for Tech! We use the latest technologies and agile methodologies at APEXX, and we’re keen to bring someone on board who thrives in these types of environments and enjoys using technology to support their recruitment process
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and sourcing tools, techniques and mediums such as: LinkedIn Recruiter, Teamtailor, Google Xray
- An energetic team player and self-starter who is able to work independently and can succeed through personal drive
- You may not have global exposure yet, however, you are keen to expand your wings and learn about new cultures to support our global expansion into different territories
- Able to prioritise workloads, multi-task and manage large pipelines
- Excellent level of attention to detail
- A team player. We are not looking for a Recruiter who just wants to score a placement, we need to make sure the person fits our culture and we fit there's, so the People team work together on our pipeline. “One team, one mission, and lots of goals achieved”

Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of a recruitment campaign
- Recruitment resourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future business needs
- Planning and conducting efficient recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
- Make employment offers to future talent
- Consistently and pro-actively headhunt candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Take the relevant steps to ensure a positive and remarkable candidate experience at all times
- Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time to hire, CV to interview ratio etc.), and be comfortable presenting these metrics to the Head of People
- Implementing new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and boolean searches)
- Ensuring job boards and advertisements are up to date
- Creating new recruitment campaigns from scratch, and posting them on all of the relevant platforms
- Bring new ideas for careers website and blog
- Keeping data up to date on APEXX’s recruitment software (we use Teamtailor), and logging tickets on Jira & Confluence
- Performing benchmark analysis of compensation, benefits, competitors, and industry trends
- Attending various events and trade shows to build yours and the company’s network of talent.
Growth in this role
